The CT-S801II is an industry-leading high-speed POS printer designed to meet the demands of retail applications. With a print speed of 300mm/sec, it remains one of the fastest machines in its class. Its top paper exit and advanced, two-color backlit LCD provide quick setup and total control of all print functions.

Simple Operation and Troubleshooting

The integrated LCD display of the CT-S801II simplifies configuration and enhances user-friendliness, particularly for troubleshooting. Error messages, along with status information, are clearly shown on the display. The user buttons enable easy navigation, ensuring uninterrupted use even for untrained personnel. Off-site diagnosis is also possible, allowing customers to report errors and follow instructions to resolve issues quickly.

Fast and Efficient Printing

The CT-S801II delivers high-quality receipts at up to 300 mm per second. With 16 greyscale grades and 8 dots/mm (203 dpi), it produces professional prints with text, graphics, and 2D barcodes. The integrated cutter cleanly separates receipts, and complete or partial cuts can be selected using commands. Quick Clear technology clears paper jams in the cutter module with ease.

Ergonomic Design and Easy Maintenance

The CT-S801II features a one-touch cover opening, providing direct access to the device for easy receipt roll replacement. Threading of receipts is no longer necessary, making reloading simple and efficient. Its compact footprint and integrated PSU reduce cable clutter, and the PSU can be easily replaced if needed. The printer also offers various interface options for flexibility and compatibility with peripheral devices.
