The industrial print head supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing modes, ensuring high-quality and long-lasting prints. The printer utilizes Honeywell's patented dual sensor positioning technology, which offers dynamic positioning functionality for a minimum label height of 5mm and vertical position accuracy of 0.75mm. Two sets of adjustable pressure bars and double media guides ensure accurate paper feeding and prevent ribbon wrinkles and printing dirt.

User-Friendly Design

The PD45 comes with a 3.5-inch full-touch color LCD screen and a 2.36-inch keypad LCD, providing an intuitive user interface. The LED Feed button allows for easy operation. The printer's ergonomic design allows for effortless print head replacement, while the front sensor can be easily removed for cleaning and rubber roller replacement. Supporting multiple printer command languages such as FP/DP/IPL/ZPL/DPL, the PD45 offers easy installation of printer drivers and simple Windows configuration.

The PD45S version offers a rich selection of accessories and supports wireless network interface card, parallel interface card, labeling machine interface card, industrial GPIO, and serial interface card.
