Wasp WWS450H Description

The Wasp WWS450H 2D healthcare barcode scanner offers fast, efficient barcode scanning. Accurately read 1D and 2D barcodes with the Wasp WWS450H aggressive digital imager scan engine.

Simply plug the USB adapter (or optional PS2, RS232) into a PC to rapidly scan barcodes up to 160 feet away from the communication stand using wireless connectivity. Pair the Wasp WWS450H with an Android or iOS device, including iPhone, iPad, or iPod, to monitor operations in the field from up to 30' away from the smartphone or tablet device. Barcode data is instantly added to a spreadsheet, document, or database, without time consuming manual data entries or inaccuracies.

With built-in Microban antimicrobial technology, the Wasp WWS450H is ideal for use in pharmaceutical or hospital facilities, where protection against odor-and-stain causing bacteria is needed. The disinfectant-friendly housing allows for repeated disinfection and safeguards the Wasp WWS450H against discoloration, corrosion, and hardware malfunction.
